To ensure that your item is received in time for Christmas please order as soon as possible. The sooner you place your order, the greater the chance of Christmas delivery.

Please ensure you place your order at the very latest by 3pm Friday 19th December as Christmas delivery becomes highly unlikely on orders placed after this time, although we will still do our best.

In addition to our standard procedures outlined below, we will assume that all orders received up until 6am Monday 22nd December are intended for the Christmas holidays and inform you as soon as possible if we cannot make Christmas delivery. In such an event your card will not be charged unless we receive instruction from you to proceed.

There is no delivery charge on orders, no matter how large or small.

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day with sufficient insurance. International orders are sent using a similiar service.

Most of our range can be dispatched in under 5 working days. The delivery time for wedding rings and some other items that are made to order is between 2 and 3 weeks (such items are distinguished on the product page).

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable within the usual time period, payment will not be taken and we will contact you with an estimated delivery time as soon as possible and await your instruction.
