If you would like to return an item because you do not want it anymore, simply send it back to us within 30 days in new and unused condition with all original packaging and the invoice with "I just don't want it anymore" written on it. You will be refunded the total value of your order.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

We check every item before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please send back the item within 14 days with all original packaging and the invoice with "Item damaged / defective / incorrect on arrival" written on it. Please also state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. If you are returning an item that is, on arrival, damaged, defective or incorrect, we will refund the return postage, but please ensure you use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day with necessary insurance.

Items returned for exchange or other reasons

If you are returning an item for another reason or you would like to exchange it for a different item, please inform us in advance using the form below, stating the order number and product(s) you wish to return/exchange. In the case of an exchange, this will enable us to prepare the replacement for immediate dispatch.
